Delete Your Account
This page explains how to permanently delete your Olea account (the Olea — Calorie Tracker app, operated by MMT Momentum Labs FZCO) and all data associated with it.
Option 1 — Delete your account in the app (instant)
- Open the Olea app and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete account at the bottom of the settings list.
- Confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can no longer access the app, send an email to contact@olea.plus from the email address linked to your Olea account, with the subject "Account deletion request". We will process your request within 30 days and confirm by reply.
What is deleted
- Your account and profile (email address, name, goals, physical characteristics).
- All your health and nutrition data (food logs, weight logs, water logs, milestones).
- All meal photos you uploaded.
- Your analytics identifiers.
What may be kept, and for how long
- Purchase and billing records related to subscriptions are retained by Apple App Store / Google Play and, where legally required, in our accounting records (kept for the retention period required by applicable law, typically up to 10 years).
- Aggregated, anonymized analytics that can no longer be linked to you may be retained.
- Backups containing your data are purged automatically within 30 days of deletion.
Note: deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — manage your subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
